• $15 per notarized signature + travel fee

  • Early Mornings (prior to 8:00am) / Late Evenings (after 7:00pm) will incur an additional $10

  • Holidays will incur an additional $20

I am located in Downtown Grass Valley and charge a base fee of $25 for any travel that is within 10 minutes.

*Please note that travel fees are in addition to each $15 fee per notarized signature *

10-20 minutes - $30

20-30 minutes - $35

30 - 40 minutes - $40

40-50 minutes - $45

50-60 minutes - $50

60+ minutes - case by case basis

• A current government issued photo ID is required for all signers and must match the document name in order to complete the notarized signing (ex: driver’s license, passport)

• Do not pre-sign the document. Documents should be signed in my presence.

• Ensure all pages of the document are present and complete with no blank spaces.
